Leadership Development
This project was born out of a needs analysis for converting a virtual instructor led synchronous training into an engaging e-learning course. The objective was to make this training available to all people leaders and build a culture of giving and receiving feedback in an impactful way.
Needs Analysis
In partnership with the People Operations (HR) team, the need for scalable training for people managers on giving and receiving feedback was identified through company-wide survey data and happiness index scores.
With the right tools and tech, I can storyboard, collaborate, and record effective training. Even virtually.

Blended Learning Experience
I incorporated micro-learning modules with engaging activities throughout the e-learning experience, and topped it off with resources for the learner to take back to their team in the form of job aids and fillable forms. The final component of this blended learning experience was a video recording assignment via our LMS to demonstrate their skills with on-the-job training.
